After building a successful manufacturing business supplying the UK high street, Xeni founded Nobody's Child in 2015, an eco-conscious fashion brand that was named 2023 Drapers Retailer of the Year (<£100m). Xeni is Chairman at Nobody's Child, who boast Marks & Spencer as a strategic investor.

Xeni is backed by a number of leading financial institutions and notable angels, including iNovia Partners, led by former Google CFO Patrick Pichette and New Look founder Tom Singh. In addition to his role at Nobody’s Child, Xeni is a tech enthusiast, having founded two successful global technology companies and is an active angel investor.
