Rob Owst is Head of Home Delivery at B&Q, responsible for the performance and growth of the B&Q fulfillment networks to meet ever-changing customer needs. Over 8 years in B&Q / Kingfisher Rob has led many strategic projects to transform delivery networks and build the fulfillment capabilities in Kingfisher’s European banners. Prior to B&Q, Rob spent 20 years working for Third Party Logistics providers across the retail and manufacturing sectors.
