Matthew’s career in retail IT started with a 20-year term at Paperchase, where he went from weekend sales assistant to shopfloor management, to Head Office IT and distribution, with a short stint in the USA for a few years in between. He quickly ended up specialising in retail POS systems and worked product side across a variety of tiers and sectors focusing on delivering technology enhancements. Since joining Arsenal nearly 10 years ago, he has spearheaded their journey of innovation, utilising composable architecture to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the retail customer experience.
