Lucas is the CEO and co-founder of Lick, one of the fastest growing home decor brands with a highly engaged online community of over 897,000 decorators. Lick launched into the home decor space in March 2020 with an innovative, modern approach; supporting and inspiring their community of decorators to build colour confidence alongside their high quality products and services and differentiated brand. Lick has raised £30m from investors such as Felix Capital, OMERS and JamJar. Prior to Lick, Lucas was VP International of Airtasker, a marketplace that connects people and businesses with members of the local community. Lucas led the company’s launch into the UK, growing the business internationally ahead of its public debut on the ASX. Lucas started his career in finance investing in UK and European equity and is currently on the board of Together, an online marketplace for the events industry.
