Joe joined Pets at Home in 2005 and has built his career progressing through the retail area of the business, working in various leadership roles across flagship Pet Care Centre’s and regional roles, overseeing multiple stores.

Playing a fundamental role in the delivery and operational transformation of the Omnichannel growth within Pets. Today Joe heads up the Digital Operations function accountable for the stability of online trading platforms, in-store technology, final mile delivery and fulfillment.
