Jeannette joined the Ann Summers board in March 2022 as Technology Director and is responsible for the Service Delivery, Data, Delivery, Architecture, Digital and Security.

Jeannette has worked in Retail for the last 10 years and prior to that, worked at an IT reseller heading up the eCommerce and data functions.

Since joining Ann Summers, Jeannette has been focussing on technical debt, delivering new capabilities and designing process & governance to give visibility of the opportunities for technology in the business. Jeannette is passionate about equity and sponsors one of our colleague forums.
