Grace leads the Co-op online Last Mile & Customer team delivering the Co-op delivery strategy and leading on innovative ways in delivery. She has over 10 years' experience in online across varying different industries from food retailing, fashion and jewellery, covering Trading, Merchandising and now Last Mile.
