Craig became Managing Director of Swarovski in early 2022 after joining the business in 2018 as Director of Sales. Under Craig’s leadership the Brand has achieved consecutive years of top line growth ahead of the market and has also significantly grown bottom line profitability within the framework of the Brands “LUXignite” strategy which is focused on elevating Swarovski to Luxury positioning.

Craig started working in Retail 24 years ago as a Sales advisor and throughout his progressive career with Topshop-Topman, New Look & most recently Swarovski he has never lost sight of the importance of Retail stores to develop a strong brand alongside a highly engaged and empowered workforce. Craig is also extremely passionate about Omnichannel Retail with Swarovski UK delivering the highest ECOM sales mix in the world and has successfully trialed various initiatives for the global business that allow customers to purchase what they want, how they want and when they want regardless of the channel.

Craig lives with his wife Laura in Buckinghamshire & has a 10 year old daughter called Caitlin. In his spare time he is an avid sports fan (especially Football & F1) with other interests including Fitness, Golf & Skiing.
