Vista IT Project Services include structured data cabling, EPoS, kiosk and other in-store technology pre-staging and configuration, delivery, and installation - meaning that Vista can provide the resources to manage your entire new store or restaurant opening requirements, international technology deployments or simple IMaC activities.
The Vista IT Service Desk is where our in-house team proactively monitors technology end points, and any in-store technology incidents including software, internet service provision, networks, and cloud applications. Our Service Desk analysts provide industry leading incident response, first contact fix and resolution SLAs. As and when required, our Corporate Service Desk provides in-business support including walk up tech bars at our customers’ head offices, where our experts provide in-person assistance on a range of IT queries, questions and issues.
With over 130 field service engineers (FSEs), Vista has the largest independent team in the UK. Our Maintenance and Break-Fix services provide retailers and restauranteurs an all-encompassing IT solution using our own employed and highly skilled resources. When one of our FSEs is deployed, we not only resolve the issue, but any defective part is returned to our repair centre where our in-house team of highly skilled engineers repair and refurbish the device and place back into stock.
