• How can retailers best approach leadership to successfully optimise and transform their business even in volatile times?
• How is AI impacting the leadership and workforce strategies within retail and how should the industry respond?
• How can retailers ensure that their workforce strategy and business strategy are aligned more effectively?  
• What does DEI look like at Sainsburys and how can smaller retailers with smaller budgets approach DEI in 2025? 
• What new skills will the retail workforce need in three years to satisfy customer expectations? 
• What new innovations can retailers use to truly increase employee engagement?
